Originally from Hampshire, Finlay studied Business at John Moores University before moving to London in 2021. He joined Park Avenue in the summer of 2025 to lead and grow our contract Finance offering.
Outside of work, Finlay is a keen gym-goer and runner and enjoys reading historical non-fiction. He’s a regular at the pub with friends and a loyal supporter of Southampton FC.
